Pensacola Sunday Mid-Morning Weather: The Rain Code Lifts, 72 Today and Wednesday Eases to 48 Percent (Pensacola Watch News)

Sunday, November 1 is gray but no longer rainy in Pensacola. The station's live weather feed (Open-Meteo), read at mid-morning, put the temperature at 70.6 degrees, feeling like 71.1, under overcast skies, and flipped Sunday's day code back from rain (63) to overcast (3), with a high of 72.8, a low of 68.9 and a 24 percent precipitation chance. That is a friendlier closing day than the early file promised for the Interstate Fair's Last Blast, the FEMA registration points' first afternoon (1 to 5 p.m.) and the Ice Flyers' 4:05 p.m. puck drop at the Bay Center - though the 24 percent chance still argues for keeping rain gear close.

Monday, November 2 holds as the week's clear window: overcast, a high of 76.3, a low of 68.7 and a precipitation chance of just 3 percent. Tuesday, November 3 - Election Day - keeps its drizzle code (51) at 20 percent, with a high of 78.3 and a low of 69.7, so voters heading to the polls between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. face at most passing drizzle on the current feed.

Wednesday remains the day to plan around, but a touch less wet than this morning's file: drizzle (code 53), a high of 81.4, a low of 72.4 and a precipitation chance now at 48 percent, down from 53 percent and still the week's highest. Thursday and Friday keep drizzle codes as the week warms - Thursday 83.3 at 13 percent, Friday 84.7 at just 4 percent for the opening day of the Blue Angels Homecoming weekend - before Saturday turns overcast and cooler at 76.4 and 61.8, on the current feed.
