Late Night at 69.8 and Clear: Election Day Holds at 33 Percent - and Wednesday's Rain Chance Falls to 38
The front is losing its punch in the station feed. Tuesday's vote still looks mainly dry, and the week's wettest day has been cut nearly in half since the evening file - 38 percent now, on a cooler 79.5.

Pensacola is ending Election Day eve under a clear sky. The station's live weather feed (Open-Meteo), read at 9:45 p.m., put the city at 69.8 degrees, feeling like 70.2, with a rain chance of 1 percent - a calm, dry night over the bay at the end of a day that topped out at 76.5.
Election Day itself barely moved: Tuesday reads overcast in the feed, with a high of 76.6, a low of 69.3 and a 33 percent rain chance - the same mainly dry voting day the desk has carried since morning. Polls are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; in Escambia County the one Isaias-displaced polling place is Precinct 35, voting at Heights Baptist Church on Pickens Avenue instead of the East Pensacola Heights Clubhouse. An umbrella in the car remains the whole of the weather plan a voter needs.
The change is Wednesday. In the 7:50 p.m. file, Wednesday carried a 68 percent rain chance on a warm 84.1 ahead of the cold front; in tonight's late read it carries showers at 38 percent and a high of 79.5 - the front arriving weaker and cooler than the evening model run had it. Behind it the week settles: Thursday overcast at 83.5 with a 5 percent chance, Friday drizzle at 81.2, Saturday 81.8, and Sunday overcast at 76.2 with the week's coolest low, 59. For the Blue Angels homecoming weekend ahead, that is a friendlier trend line than the one Pensacola went to dinner with.
