Florida Early Voting Results: More Than 5 Million Ballots Cast Before Election Day
Florida's early vote passed 5 million ballots on Saturday, October 31, according to the On Point Politics tracker — 3.15 million cast in person and 1.89 million returned by mail — with Election Day on Tuesday, November 3.

Florida voters have now cast more than 5 million ballots before Election Day. The On Point Politics early vote tracker put the total at 5,039,745 ballots cast as of Saturday, October 31 — 3,151,986 of them cast in person and 1,887,759 returned by mail, compiled from state election offices via civicAPI.
By party registration, Republicans accounted for 40.7 percent of the early ballots and Democrats 37.7 percent, the tracker reported. A second tracker, compiled by callthemap from the same civicAPI feed, counted 4,956,134 ballots returned through October 31, up 229,641 that day and 9 percent ahead of the same point in 2022, with Democrats up 13 percent and Republicans up 1 percent against their 2022 marks. The two trackers compile county reports on slightly different cutoffs, which is why their totals differ.
In Escambia County, Saturday was the final day of early voting, with 10 locations open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Voters who have not yet cast a ballot vote next at their assigned precinct on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, when polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
