A Pensacola Firm Logs Its First AI Referral Traffic — and Publishes the Receipts (Pensacola Watch News)

A Pensacola company has put a number on a question local businesses are starting to ask: do AI assistants actually send customers? Yolee Solutions, a Pensacola-based SEO and Answer Engine Optimization consultancy, recorded its first measurable AI-attributed referral traffic in September 2026, the company reported October 31 — seven sessions attributed to ChatGPT across three source and medium combinations, and four AI Assistant sessions in a separate channel report, identified in its own analytics.

The milestone is documented in the company's September 2026 AEO Performance Report, its first record of AI discovery producing verified, trackable website visits, the company said. The same snapshot put the firm's overall AI visibility at 3.3 percent, with 1,059 citations found across monitored topics, while visibility on Gemini and Copilot remained at zero, and 267 tracked keywords ranking in Google positions 1 through 10.

The numbers are small, and the desk reports them as the company's own figures, not independently verified counts. Their local interest is the direction of travel: Yolee serves established service businesses across Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace and Milton and throughout Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties — the same businesses now asking whether showing up inside an AI answer is worth paying for. September's report is the firm's answer that the channel, at least, has switched on.
